Terms & Conditions – SOGNO Fashion

Article 1 – Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the SOGNO Fashion webshop.

2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Offers and Agreements

1. All offers in the webshop are non-binding and subject to availability.

2. An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and receives confirmation by email.

Article 3 – Prices and Payment

1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

2. Payment can be made through the available payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, and Sofort.

3. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received (unless payment is made through Klarna, where applicable).

Article 4 – Delivery

1. SOGNO Fashion aims to ship all orders placed Tuesday through Friday before 16:00 and Saturday before 15:00 on the same day.

2. Delivery takes place via PostNL.

3. If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified within 5 business days.

Article 5 – Shipping and Shipping Costs

1. Orders above €50 within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. For Belgium and Germany, free shipping applies to orders above €100.

2. For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will apply as stated on the website.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal / Returns

1. Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

2. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

3. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Once the return has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Article 7 – Warranty

1. SOGNO Fashion guarantees that the delivered items comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.

2. Any complaints must be reported in writing or by email within a reasonable period of time.

Article 8 – Liability

1. SOGNO Fashion is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the delivered products, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

2. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 9 – Privacy

1. Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for processing the order.

Article 10 – Governing Law

1. All agreements and these terms are governed by Dutch law.

2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
