Shipping Costs
SOGNO Fashion does not charge shipping costs for orders over €150 within the Netherlands. For Germany and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €200. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €4.95 will be applied.
Delivery Time
If you place an order Tuesday to Friday before 16:00 or on Saturday before 15:00, your order will be shipped the same day!
Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. In many cases, your order will be delivered the next business day by PostNL. You can track your order with a track & trace code, which you will receive as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping via PostNL
Sogno Fashion works together with PostNL to deliver your order. Together, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. You can track the current status of your order in your account overview.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a missed-delivery notice. PostNL will then attempt to deliver your order again the next day at the specified address. If delivery is not possible, PostNL will deliver your package to the nearest pick-up point. You will be informed via a note in your mailbox, indicating where you can collect your package.
Delivery to a PostNL Pick-up Point
Are you often away from home during the day and would you prefer to pick up your package after work at a nearby shop? Then choose delivery to a PostNL Pick-up Point. You decide where and when you collect your order.
During checkout, simply select Pick up at a PostNL Location as your shipping method. Using the Location Finder (based on your postal code), the closest pick-up points will be shown. You select your preferred location and then continue the checkout process on our website.
Pick Up in Our Store
You can also choose to pick up your order free of charge in our store. If you have indicated that you would like to collect your order in-store, we will communicate this immediately with our sales advisors. This way, you can pick up your order the very same day!
⚠️ Please note: Don’t forget to bring a valid ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license).
Unavailable Items
SOGNO Fashion aims to ensure that all ordered items are in stock. However, if an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
You can then choose to cancel the order for that item or select an alternative product. If you choose a replacement product, we will adjust the payment accordingly. If no replacement is found, the amount for the unavailable item will be refunded to your account within five business days.
